Large wooded of high historic
interest are the background of this ancient farmhouse, completely
rebuilt and
surrounded by the Tuscan landscape. Not far from Siena, along the old Cassia road, near the Etruscan village of Rosia, there is a trekking
zone where people
who like nature and Tuscan history will enjoy relaxing walks.

ground floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom and a large sitting room, all
furnished with tile floor and wooden beams. The rustic chimney and the stone
arches are a suggestive touch to this lovely setting.
On the first floor
there are three twin rooms and a single, all furnished with period furniture and
two bathrooms. The house is provided with independent heating.
Outside,
the swimming -pool is surrounded by a suggestive panorama of a Romanic parish church of Ponte allo Spino and the Tuscan landscape. The big square in front of
the house gives children the possibility of enjoying the play-time safely.
